Ingredients:
Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic Powder
Black Powder
Very simple and it adds great flavor and very juicy, instead of dull and rubbery!
I poke holes, using a fork all over the steak, so it allows the "Worcestershire Sauce" to soak in the meat, I do this on both sides of the steak. I leave the steak in the original packaging so it doesn't take some of the flavor out and saves on a mess (note: remove the padding underneath the meat after opening the meat)
Once the Worcestershre Sauce has been applied, sprinkle the "garlic powder" on to both sides of the meat, then repeat same steps with the "black pepper" (hint: I add a little more pepper for a little kick)
I then stick the meat in the refridgerator for about 45 mins, to allow the seasoning to have time to set.
Then cook to your desired specifications..... we like ours done "medium" .... I then topped off a delicious dinner with roasted garlic potatoes. If you do try this receipe, I would love to hear how it turned out for you....
Have a Great Day!
